Payment & Delivery
Pay securely online using your preferred method, directly from your invoice.
All projects are invoiced through Stripe. As a result, your payment is handled through Stripe’s encrypted, industry-standard payment platform. Invoices are sent by email and text for fast, easy access.
ACCEPTED PAYMENT TYPES: Credit and debit cards are accepted, along with Apple Pay, Google Pay, and most major digital payment methods supported by Stripe. ACH transfers and checks are accepted, though delivery may be delayed until funds clear for new clients (this can be a few days to a week or more). In short, we accept just about all forms of payment. Sales tax is automatically calculated where applicable.
REVIEW, PAYMENT, DELIVERY: After your session, watermarked preview images are delivered within 24 hours via Google Drive (no account required). Review the images to ensure everything looks correct. If any reasonable adjustments are needed, simply notify us prior to completing payment and allow us time to make requested edits. Final high-resolution images are released immediately upon payment. Final delivery is via Google Docs, direct SmartMLS delivery (real estate only), or both (however, we will accommodate other delivery where necessary).
USE, OWNERSHIP, and REFUNDS: Once delivered, final images may be used in perpetuity for your marketing and business purposes. Clients are responsible for permissions related to property, branding, or third-party interests if required. For example, house exteriors become the buyers property upon sale which may require permission to use in ads. Preview images are provided prior to payment to ensure images meet your requirements, therefore refunds are not available after final delivery. CT Photo Pro retains full ownership and copyright of all images unless otherwise agreed in writing. As a result, transfer of images for use by others may require the permission and licensing of CT Photo Pro. Clients are granted full usage rights upon final delivery. CT Photo Pro reserves the right to use images for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes.
